BOOKKEEPING

Our bookkeeping services include:

  • Updating of the “chart of accounts” in compliance with UK version of Quick Books and - if requested - in compliance with SARS.

  • Accounting data entry updated on an accrual basis and carried out, once a month, on the basis of the accounting documents delivered to us as well as any additional information that would be required.  Documents for processing can be either be collected by us.  Unfortunately collections only apply to customers in the Ekurhuleni area.  All customers can e-mail their scanned documents for processing.  Documents include creditors bills, customer invoices, bank statements & stock items.   • Periodical reconciliation of accounts

  • Calculation of the monthly VAT and withholding tax position

  • Calculation of VAT payments due

  • Determination and related data entry of year-end adjustments required for drawing up the annual Statutory Financial Statements
